Tockwith Parish Council and local community groups want to investigate the feasibility of creating our own local energy generation scheme. This would be a not-for-profit, Co-operative Scheme. It would aim to secure local energy supplies whilst returning benefits to consumers and community through cheaper locally-generated renewable solar energy. Crucially we need to show that our community wants this to happen if we are to secure free feasibility funding. Your views are important to us.
