Evans Property Group - Proposed Residential Development North of Southfield Lane
Evans Property Group intend to hold a Public Exhibition in Tockwith Village Hall on Tuesday 21 April 2015 from 3.30pm-8.00pm relating to their proposed plans for a residential development North of Southfield Lane, Tockwith. The Parish Council do intend to hold a public meeting for both this application and the Linden Homes application once formal Planning Applications have been submitted.
Linden Homes - Proposed Residential Development at Southfield Lane
Linden Home have expressed an interest in developing land off Southfield Lane. They held a Public Exhibition in Tockwith Village Hall on Wednesday 11 February 2015. At this Exhibition Linden Homes displayed various information boards and for your information these board can be viewed by clicking here.
Once a formal Planning Application has been submitted by Linden Homes the Parish Council will consult with Residents.
